Vertebrate Development, Reproduction, and EvolutionI am a paleontologist whose primary research interests include vertebrate reproduction, eggs, and ontogeny, with a focus on dinosaurs, including birds. To investigate these topics, I integrate cladistic, histological, computed tomography (CT), and taphonomic methods. I am also interested in the faunal evolution and biostratigraphy of the Cretaceous of Asia. I was born and raised in Montana and currently reside in Oklahoma, where I am an Assistant Professor of Anatomy at the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine at the Cherokee Nation (medicine.okstate.edu/academics/anatomy-cell-biology/index.html). I am a research associate of the Sam Noble Museum (samnoblemuseum.ou.edu), and also serve as an associate editor for Acta Palaeontologica Polonica (www.app.pan.pl/editors.html).
